Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and, if you provide it, your name. If you sign in with Google we receive your email, name and profile image from Google.

Submission data: the ad copy, landing page URLs and account context you paste into the risk checker, together with the report generated from it.

Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and we store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We never see or store your card details.

Technical data: standard server logs, and an IP-derived counter used to rate-limit the anonymous demo checker.

OpenAI — your submitted ad copy and extracted landing page text are sent to the OpenAI API to generate the analysis. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models by default.

Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.

Stripe — processes payments and subscription billing.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your submissions with Meta, Google, TikTok or any advertising network.

Check history is kept until you erase it. Erasing a check from its detail page permanently removes everything you submitted — the ad copy, the URL, the context you provided — and the report generated from it.

A contentless record that a check was run on that date is retained, because monthly usage limits are calculated from it. It contains no ad copy, no URL and no report.

To delete your account and all associated records, contact us and we will remove them within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of them.
